As crazy as the year 2020 has been, Zoey has been looking forward to surprising her Nana on video chat for Christmas. Staying distant for her Nana's safety, Zoey pops on planning to surprise her with a gift opening, ready to open the present Nana sent her at college. But the face that greets her isn't her Nana at all, and the friendly seeming older man on the other end is just as surprised as she is.

That's right, good girl coed Zoey has just accidentally stumbled upon everyone's favorite Konversational doctor, a man who loves to strike up conversations with people he meets, those conversations always taking things in directions the strangers never imagined, yet somehow can't seem to resist.

It's been a stressful year, and everyone could use a nice gift to open. Since Zoey was already planning to open a gift sent by her Nana, Doc talks her into opening a gift for him... herself.
