A book for all time
This story has stood the test of time. It was shocking in its day and some of the language may still shock but it has a message of hope that love will find a way no matter what.
Unfortunately this edition seems not to have been properly proof read before publication and contains a great many typo errors that make a nonsense of the sentences & phrases in which they appear. Pity.
Wonderful prose, shame about the typos
This is my first DHL experience and it's exquisite. 5 stars, but for...
It's a real shame about the typographical and optical character recognition errors, which for me really tainted the prose. In future I will be wary of the free editions and not mind forking out a couple of quid for the real deal.

I always have in my mind that D H Lawence doe'snt really like women there's some spiteful in his way of thinking
