A really fun, quick read
Doppeltext did a great job with the parallel French-English text and the story was an enjoyable short classic. However, if you're not fond of sci-fi/paranormal novellas in the style of HG Wells or Robert Louis Stevenson, for example, this may not be to your tastes…but it's good reading practice for intermediate French learners. I'd recommend it :)
