Letters from Bedlam

To open this book is to step into the long abandoned house of poetry; the creaking of the first page, the propriety of its contents, and a voice echoing from within that, as it turns out, would rather play than pontificate, that would rather make a friend than an audience, that would rather hatch an escape plan than talk about which one of us is doing the haunting.
