Love 'em and Leave 'em Alice Kim and "Hot" Steve Lowell are perfect for each other. It'll only take them ten years to figure that out.
Just because they throw the most bodacious wedding party ever…
Just because they're perfect partners in pranksJust because they love all the same boss movies…
Just because they share one totally bangin' night of sex together…
Does not mean they'll break the One Time Rule.
Even if they do… they don't do relationships.
And they're never getting married.
Like, ever.
In this friends-to-lovers, marriage-pact novella spanning the last decade of the 20th century, life forces a playboy and a playgirl grow up—and grow apart—before giving them a chance to create a happy-ever-after they can actually be happy about.

Steve & Alice
Audiobook Review
‘Love’em & Leave’em’ Alice and ‘Hot’ Steve were everything I was expecting and more after listening to Kate and Will’s story in What I’m Looking For. They’re fun, the best of friends, caring and all around great people but seriously anti-relationship.
Their story left me smiling and a little tearful as they could have been happy for 10 years but they wouldn’t be who they are if they had. Timing is everything!
Ryan West and Cindy Kay were wonderful as Steve and Alice bringing their individual characteristics to life.
I truly enjoyed this one!
I was so looking forward to Alice & Hot Steve's book, after reading the 1st book book this series, and this did not disappoint! This is a novella, so it's pretty short. Regardless, I felt the Author did a good job with giving enough details on the characters, their personalities and I could reason why they liked each other.
'Like It’s 1999' is about our main characters, Alice & "Hot" Steve, whom get know each as they have a mutual best friend. Although, they feel an attraction towards each other, they are both not looking for commitment (and you know what that means...yep they end up together lol).
Seriously though, loved the book. Loved the movie quotes they threw at each other and to others; it gave them even more personality, and was something they had in common (amongst other things). Loved the writing, the pacing....basically, everything!
Additionally, although this can be read as a standalone, it is best enjoyed after book 1 in the series. As I did this, I felt that I got to know [all] the characters even more, and was able to understand some of the references that related to the first book.
All in all, I enjoyed it. 5 stars!
