Lion Adventure and Gorilla Adventure

In Lion Adventure, Hal and Roger Hunt are on the edge of Tsavo National Park, in a town under attack by man-eating lions. Men working on the Nairobi-Mombasa railway tracks are being killed, and the boys are called in to help. They successfully use themselves as bait to trap one of the lions, but the notorious “Black Mane” tests them to their very limit. The lions aren’t the only problem on the boys’ plate – one of the town’s residents, Basa, has a bone to pick with them, and he won’t let the boys rest until justice is served... In Gorilla Adventure, the Hunt boys are sent on another dangerous mission, this time deep in the Congo jungle on a search for gorillas. But when there’s a raging fire in the camp, it becomes clear that someone or something is trying to sabotage them. Is it one of their own men, a poacher, or even a wounded gorilla? And how can they stop the evil Nero from brutally slaughtering adult gorillas in order to steal their babies? Once again, Hal and Roger have got their work seriously cut out for them...
