Fantastic
I have been lucky enough to meet Damian a couple of times through work. He has never failed to inspire and motivate me through his talks, and this book just builds on that.
After reading this book on my daily commute and completing the actions, I have committed to doing a Triathlon in 2012, despite not being able to swim at the moment.... But that's not a problem, I'll just learn.
I think the following quote from Guerilla Radio by Rage Against The Machine sums up the book brilliantly:
"it has to start somewhere, it has to start sometime, what better place than here? what better time than now?"
