Lough Neagh Eels

The story of the Lough Neagh Eel, is a story of Northern Irish communites coming together with faith and food.  In essence, the story of a people on a plate.  It all starts over 3,000 miles away from Lough Neagh in this remarkable story of nature, community and food.


In this book, James McIntosh tells the story of this globally recognised food together with recipes he developed for the River To Lough Festival at the Lough Neagh Eel Fishery in Toombridge in 2015.
