Fox's bravely honest autobiography is a perfect match for audio. Having been recently diagnosed with P.D this book as helped me understand a lot of the emotions and things I have been going through. I am under the age of 50 and was incredibly shocked at the diagnosis. This book as been Amazing and inspiring X
