Lyle Edward Eisel v. Arlene Rene Eisel

Divorce action in the St. Louis County District Court wherein the court, William J. Archer, Judge, decreed an absolute divorce and awarded plaintiff custody of the minor child of the parties, providing for a further hearing after one year. After such further hearing, the court, Victor H. Johnson, Judge, ordered that the temporary custody should continue, and defendant appealed from orders thereafter made denying her motion for amended findings or a new trial and deferring final determination of custody.
