Not many people know I was a silent partner in a burlesque show in Houston, Texas from 1978 thru 1983. I did it to help an old buddy from the Army. Seemed a great way to meet girls when work brought me down that way. Turns out it got me up to my neck in trouble a few times, too. Let me tell you about one of them. This one happened in June of 1980, and it was one of those incidents where I couldn't stop what was happening until it was already too late . . .
