Managerial Design

The talent champion of Managerial Design, an organizational facilitation consultancy firm, was trying to decide to which, if any, of four applicants she should offer a job. She must compare the firm's criteria with the qualifications of the four applicants. Specifically, she must decide who would best fit the firm, and who would make the most valuable, successful and long-term member of the company's small team.
