I love the fact that all the recipes look sensational and through simple instruction, it enables anyone to make top class restaurant meals which will knock your loved ones socks off!....or some other garment which the book continually implies in a uniquely humorous manner!
The photography in this book is also of a highly professional standard. The meals couldn't look more delicious!
I also love the range of recipes in this book. From extreme fine dining dishes to good old fashioned classics with a fine tuned level of expertise and unique ingredients, resulting in each and every one of them being top restaurant class!
