Love this book!

I see there's an Audio copy of the meditations. I'll probably have to get that to help me move forward.
A book that helps you to be your best self. Which is all we all want, right? Shakti is a gentle teacher - she doesn't scold you, or say "you're doing it wrong - you're stupid". She takes you, AT YOUR OWN PACE, and shows you the work you need to do on yourself to get certain results. I definitely recommend this book to anyone else on a voyage of self-discovery, as I am. It might take a lifetime, but it took years to recognise this negative programming for what it is. Put yourself in Shakti's hands, and let her help you - you won't regret it.
