Meridian was artfully crafted with compelling and visceral snapshots of the heart, mind, and soul in accordance with an underlying philosophy that suggests positive change is possible if certain steps are taken. If and as they relate to each step along that path, the reader can attempt to analyze, understand, and revise not just their thoughts, but the way that they think.
