Mixed Emotions

"Mortality" is the story of an ancient evil being released from his tomb in the modern day. He wrecks havoc on the facility he finds himself in, seeking to extend his life through the only means he knows.

"The Horns" is a fantasy story about a dragon confined to a cave and the knight who comes to talk to it. The dragon contained itself in the cave after burning down the village it was captured in. The knight is the one remaining connection the dragon has to the world beyond.

"The King and the Demigod" is a retelling of the days after Heracles's final labor to bring King Eurystheus Cerberus. It talks of the gods seeking to intervene with Eurystheus's plans to arrest Heracles and keep him in service to his crown, while Heracles confides in Hades about his plans for the future.

"Dogwood" is the story of Alice, a High school senior seeking to finally ask out her crush, Cammy. After months of failures from outside interference, she is determine to finally confess and see her affair to the end, no matter what gets in her way.
