Great characters
I voluntarily reviewed this ARC.
As with all of Ali Parker's books I found this to be well written with lots of fantastic characters. Michael is a rich man who is obviously still grieving for the wife he lost to cancer. He fills his life with work and flings to cover his loneliness. Rainey has finished College so she can find a good career and provide for her son. As Michaels assistant she is conflicted between acting on the mutual attraction and remaining professional to avoid risking her job.
It was great to see how Michael and Rainey come together, negotiating their way through issues raised by their ideas of how the relationship should develop. So pleased they did as they are great together and I for one was pleased they got their HEA.
