New Tech' CPD for Digital Dinosaurs

We all have those teachers in our institutions who feel they cannot see the benefit of technology in the classroom, feel they are too past it to get to grips with it or are too proud to say they’re struggling.

I want to share my experiences in changing teacher attitudes towards technology through different approaches to CPD. I have worked in two schools where my main role is to teach teachers how to use technology effectively in their classrooms; having varying degrees of success and failure.
