Changed my way of thinking completely

The first chapter of this book is exactly like what my life feels like the quote ‘the opposite of happiness is boredom’ really made me think hard about the way I live and my relationships with different aspects of my life. This book is one of the best I’ve read and will definitely not be the last time I read and refer back to it
