Gaia Lafayette has a movie to shoot back home and Grace is in charge of her security. Yet when a vicious gangster is released from prison and an unidentifiable headless torso is found, a nightmare unfolds before Grace’s eyes.

An obsessed stalker is after Gaia – and Grace knows that they may be at large in his city, waiting, watching, planning . . .

Although the Roy Grace novels can be read in any order, Not Dead Yet is the eighth thrilling title in the bestselling series. Enjoy more of the Brighton detective’s investigations with Dead Man's Time and Want You Dead.

Not Dead Yet

Another solid performance from Roy Grace!
With Grace's new life developing, some explanation about his missing wife Sandy is now emerging, but you need to read it to find out!
Good story, plenty of lines of investigation with a good mix of procedure and action.

Not Dead Yet

Another fabulous book by Peter James's Inspector Grace series. A good page turner from start to finish, heightened by the ongoing sub plot with his former partner Sandy. If you haven't read any of Peter James's books I highly recommend them, start at Dead Simple and work your way through. His previous stand alone book Perfect People was absolutely fantastic. James writes in a well plotted credible style, his characters are believable for all of their flaws. Treat yourself to one of his books, you wont be disappointed.

What a book

I read a Peter James novel called 'Dead Mans Grip' and found it a gripping read from start to finish and as a Brighton taxi driver the detail of the places in Brighton and landmarks was spot on. I am pleased to say 'Not Dead Yet' is just as good and particularly a good read for all those taxi drivers out there waiting between jobs!
