Publisher Description
INTRODUCTION Number is the essence of mathematical calculations. Varieties of numbers have variety of range and richness. Many numbers exhibit fascinating properties ,they form sequences, they form patterns and so on [1,2,3,4]. A more rare kind of numbers known as Carmichael numbers or pseudo primes named after Robert Carmichael who found the first and smallest such number 561. In this communication, it is shown that for any Carmichael number N with four prime factors [p.sub.i], i = 1, 2, 3, 4, N 4 [p.sub.2.sup.12]. Also, the inequalities satisfied by the prime factors are presented.
