Good, but short
I good book for those in the dark about what programmers do and what software development is all about. An excellent introduction to basic programming constructs for anyone interested in programming or simply interested in what geeks do hidden away in their basements behind mountains of pizza boxes :)
My only criticism is that it is rather short and would be better if it went into greater detail about other basic programming constructs (such as variables, different types of loops, functions, procedures etc) as well as cover some other similar examples of simple sub-program's created by developers every day.
Overall, a good book and worth a read if you have a spare 10 minutes to learn about some of the mysteries of coding.
