On God's Doorstep

Poetry of place, two seasons of saturday mornings on the terrace at Madonna Della Strada chapel on Lake Michigan, Loyola University Lakeshore campus, Chicago, IL. This book consists of photography and poetry about what it was like to be on the chapel terrace in the early morning hours. The chapel is very beautiful and unique - it was built at the height of the depression, and it's nickname is "The Poem In Stone."
