"On My Knees is a very unique story with an uncommon plot line that is simultaneously frustrating, heart-warming, and suspenseful; sometimes incredibly steamy; and always deeply passionate."

Haunted by the responsibility of caring for her troubled family, Maya Jacobs gave the only answer she could when Cameron asked her to marry him. Years later, entrenched in a soulless professional routine, she distracts herself from the lingering regret of her decision with a “work hard, play hard” lifestyle that guarantees no man will ever find his way into her heart again.
Cameron Bridge has spent the past five years married to the military, trying to escape the painful memory of losing Maya. After fighting his own war in the desert, he starts a new life in New York City, with his siblings, Olivia and Darren, by his side. When fate brings Maya back to him in the heart of a city filled with its own hopes and shadows, can Cameron find the girl he once loved in the woman she’s become?
**This is a standalone novel with no cliffhangers!**
I’ve had this book in my library for a while now and it jumped out to me a few days ago. So glad I opened it up what a great story it was, so true to a lot of peoples lives including my own. Loved that the characters found each other again and worked through there troubled lives.
By far one of the best book's I have ever read !! Couldn't put it down , the love story is beautiful and not a traditional one but one that like walking off a cliff and falling into the arms of you true love , can't wait to read the rest in this series and then start on the others , download it and thank me later ;) !!!!
