Truly fantastic
My wife and I wanted an origami themed party for our son's first birthday (we always knew the origami was more for us and the inevitable paper crushing - which he loves - for him). All I can say is that the models in this book are imaginative, engaging and as beautiful to fold as they are to look at when done.
Some of the movements in the toys are more obvious than others but they are all fun! The only one I haven't cracked so far is the croaking frog. My frog looks good but will not croak!
The hand drawn illustrations are beautiful and the clear and lucid style supports them with just enough steps to make the folding enjoyable.
Cannot recommend it enough. Great for adults who might have done a little folding when they were young or supervised youngsters.
We will soon need Part 2. Are you listening Mr Jackson?
