Orix Credit Alliance, Inc. v. Sovran Bank

HAMILTON, Circuit Judge: Orix Credit Alliance, Inc. (Orix) appeals the district court's grant of summary judgment in favor of Sovran Bank (Sovran) awarding Sovran a priority claim to the proceeds arising from the sale of a Crane on which Orix maintained a security interest lien. Finding no error, we affirm.
