Painted Swimsuit #101

In Sri Lanka, a world class woman swimmer is making a real splash in her two piece suit. Or better a four piece suit with no visible means of support. It ripples like skin with her every action. Most gaze in wonderment or is it jealousy? They wonder if it could be painted on. Why is she almost alone? Her aid and agent are nowhere to be found.
In the deep FBI bunker in Seattle the National FBI Director Shnell has called a meeting. Inspector Strong’s team is present, Seattle’s regional FBI Director McClearly and Colonel Hill by phone. Hill, Strong and the Directors will remain in Seattle. The team will be boosted to Sri Lanka. What do they hope to find and maybe return something to the USA? Why is Detective Smith posing as a tea merchant? Is he selling or buying? Either way he is drinking way too much tea.
Meanwhile there is a second meeting in Seattle, the same subject but unknown to the FBI. They already have feet on the ground in Sri Lanks and are interested in the ‘Blond’ swimmer and her special suit.
How does this fit into a fire in a garage in Iowa that almost burned it down? The husband who had the fire may be sleeping with the chickens tonight.
