Pancake Day

Pancakes, crepes, blinis… every country has their own version of the humble pancake.



In Christian countries Pancake Day falls on Shrove Tuesday and is the traditional feast day before the beginning of Lent - traditionally a 40 day period of fasting - on Ash Wednesday.  We at My Kitchen Diaries are simply nuts about pancakes!
