About the Author



Dr. Bonnici is a Master Zen Teacher and Counselor with a Doctorate in Humanistic Depth Psychology. He has taught students in preschool, grammar school, high school, and at the university level. He has been married for fifty-five years, has two grown sons, a daughter-in-heart, and four grandchildren. For the last forty years, he has taught and counseled people to embody mindfulness and meditation so they may achieve and sustain the farther reaches of physical health, mental wellbeing, emotional healing, loving relationships, and spiritual fulfillment. Currently, Dr. Bonnici educates and mentors people locally in Hawaii, teaches on a variety of social media platforms, counsels two online spiritual communities that he founded, and offers a free public educational website to advance and deepen joy, peace, wisdom, and compassion for all human beings.
