It turns out the chief is in the North, and they are in the West. Squirrel Steve of the East discovers he needs people to sign a petition, and he needs to plan out the best route to the North! However, Pegasus Dave of the West is determined to stop him by making another petition: To keep puns allowed! The race is on! Who will get the most signatures for their petition?
