People v. Resto

I am familiar with the recent decisions concerning the transfer, on November 8, 2004, of pending misdemeanor cases from the Criminal Court in Bronx County to the Criminal Division of the Supreme Court in Bronx County. I express no opinion concerning the split of authority that has arisen from these decisions.
