This is a wonderful second-chance romance. While it is book three in a NA College-Sport romance, each book revolves around two different main characters meaning it can be read as a standalone. Logan and Carver first met at a Canadian summer camp when they were young teens, and so their star crossed romance begins…
Logan and Carver first fall in love surrounded by mountains, forests and lakes, it's a love that becomes twisted by loss and grief three years later. Heartbroken and with newfound trust issues, they both believe that's the end of their romance and instead focus all their energy into achieving their ambitions and forgetting the past, burying their pain deep inside themselves. But four years later, a fated coincidence and an elbow to the face during a basketball game reunites the young lovers. Both still angry and hurt, they are determined to move on from each other once and for all, both assuming their pasts hold too much pain for them to ever work through as a couple, and yet the love they feel for one another has only grown stronger. Can love conquer all, or will their pasts continue to define them?
Perfect for fans of New Adult romances, college romances, sports romances, or second chance romances. This is a light hearted, easy read, although a little predictable it was enjoyable.
