Total waste of money

Not worth the money, this will never be used. Unless you have a full set of paired kettlebells ranging from 4kg to 48kg the workouts in this book are useless. I definitely don't recommend this book and I wish I had never bothered buying it. Put simply, IT'S CRAP......
