Loved this book
Another amazing story in this fantastic series. Everleigh has travelled all her life with her job, but when she meets Henry, she quickly realises she wants so much more. However her current job is in a town where tensions are high, and when danger appears to be closer than she thought, she realises how much she wants and needs Henry, even if her time with him is limited. I just love the characters is this series, and love how they are still a part of each book in this series. A really great book with tears, love, drama and a great ending! A fantastic book!
Romance and Suspense
You call the organisation named GHOST when you need specialists at the top of their game. So we meet Henry Delany a skilled operative and Everleigh Hayes who was raised to be a negotiator. Everleigh has been sent to Glen Hollow to negotiate a peace agreement between the townspeople and Black Road Resistance. Henry is assigned as her protector whilst she is going to and from work. This begins as a friendship and quickly turns into something special. But as they go about their work the danger and risks grow and as she works towards a resolution the leader is working equally as hard to make sure that Everleigh is taken out of the talks dead or alive!
Once again the families and teamwork of GHOST show their loyalties, friendship and love towards each other working towards a common goal. Can they find their HEA? That’s the question!! A fast paced, romantic read including some older characters from previous books. If you love PJ Fiala’s books you won’t be disappointed.
Enjoyable book
This is an enjoyable read and will keep you engrossed throughout. Henry is tasked with protecting Everleigh when she arrives in Glen Hollow to negotiate between the townspeople and the BRR- however, not everyone wants ‘peace’. Will Henry be able to keep her safe or will Craig the BRR leader succeed in his quest? Another great read from this clever author.
