Disappointing fourth book
The author seemed like she lost interest in her characters half way through the book.
There was no explanation as to why Chris and Cass broke up.
As for Charley she went from over cautious to not caring about any particular risk. For example when Chris was speeding to the beach, if the accident had affected her, this would have freaked her out. Yet she seemed to get excited and thrilled about the experience even though the accident she and her brother were in, was caused because she was speeding.
Also it as a bit random when her back gave out, was this linked to the accident?
There were too many flaws in this book to really get into the story and neither character was relatable.
