A challenge

I read this off the back of numerous recommendations. The book, in principle, is sound. But, you have to work your way through about 150-200+ pages of self aggrandising. If the author reduced this book to the salient and extremely valuable points, you could get to the heart of what is being communicate in a day.

From a leadership perspective, it is brilliant, and in tune with what makes successful and dynamic safe working environments.

Just bare with it through to the end.
