Likeable character
This is a short story, with enough time to introduce Lillian as a character and going straight into the hostage situation. She knows her way around the ER and tower construction, able to find the bombs planted around. It gets confusing to know how Lillian is able to navigate her way around without staying with the hostages - who are not often mentioned. Nonetheless, Lillian is a likeable character and the story is pleasant.
