Dinah Geof-Craigs, the metahuman known as Dynamistress, has made the big leagues, having joined The Gatekeepers, one of the most respected super-teams in the nation. She’s made the cover of Supers magazine, even being featured as “Super of the Month,” fulfilling a lifelong dream. She even has her own fan club! Her life is one of new adventures, new friends, and new loves.

But is she ready for any of it?

Weighing heavily is her guilt over her actions during “the Nevada Incident,” as the media refers to the revealed government Project Echo — a project that isn’t quite finished. Meanwhile, the Bay Area is struck by a deadly disease spread in an unbelievable fashion, and Dyna finds her own abilities standing in the way of a cure.

Throughout it all, she is faced with hostage situations, a meta who explodes uncontrollably, a mysterious stalker, and the question of whether she’s really doing the right thing.
