Lynch pulls off this genre mashup impressively—it’s a thrilling read.

bloody epic
great book, just finished reading absolutely fantastic, this is my favourite so far, I cannot describe how much I loved this book. this is my all time favourite book, I don’t think anything will be better than this book. absolutely brilliant.
An inventive fantasy
This novel blends fantasy and fairytale characters with ease. The female lead is complex enough to cope with the situations that she creates, as well as those in which she is unwittingly involved. The other actors bring their own strengths and weaknesses to the story. It’s a good beginning to a saga.
