“There will be many times when a master will require of you something that would turn you on, when the atmosphere is right. But the real test comes when he wants to see you perform for him, knowing that you are not excited in the least. It might be something disgusting or degrading or painful. You must remember that you are a complete slave all of the time, or else you’re not a slave at all. You must always bend to the masters wishes.”
“A master will test you often during the first phase of your relationship. As time and trust progress, he won’t need to put you in those situations as often, but he will still do so from time to time. When he commands a degrading act, while in the presence of others, it is usually to demonstrate his power over you and your willingness to be his slave. He achieves satisfaction from that and it mollifies his insecurity.”
Now I was puzzled. “I’m afraid I don’t understand that last part about his insecurities. I wanted a strong master because of his ability to control events around him and around me.”
“You’re wrong, Karen. You need a master to be free to release your wild sexual side. A part of you that is so frightening to you that you don’t trust yourself to control it, and from what I’ve seen of you, you are correct. You can’t control yourself. Whereas a master rules your sexual world, but does so with an endless series of bizarre acts that you gladly perform for him. These both free you from the responsibility for the actions you do and the sinful joy you receive from doing them. And it sets limits, albeit extreme, which are defined by the master.
