Scottish Fold

This story is not about great or illustrious persons, but about the ambitions, hopes and desires of ordinary people. It is the tale of four Scottish families whose lives are firmly linked by their origin of birth, and their deep affection for each other; links which are never to be broken, except by death, despite distance or the passing of time. This story moves from the nineteenth to the twentieth century, but history so often repeats itself and however much circunstances may change, and the rules of social behaviour may alter, human nature stays much the same. As the saying goes, 'one never knows which way the cat is going to jump', and the diversity and unpredictability of people will be found in any period of time on this planet.
