Shifter's Solace

Bear shifter Rory's whole life is Firehouse 206.  He knows it will probably be the death of him, too.  But what really hurts is that he's fated to die alone.  The wolf shiften are all finding their true mates and pairing off, but the bear shiften seem to have been left behind – aching for their soul mates and cursed never to find them.  Until one day, he hears a woman's voice crying out for help.  Too bad the voice is only in his head, and the odds of finding her in time are next to none.

Ivy grew up in the system, so even under the best of circumstances she doesn't trust easily.  Throw in a scorching-hot firefighter who can turn into a bear and says she's his…and the only sane thing to do is run for the hills.  But one other thing about Ivy – she's not sane.  She's having visions that clearly prove she's crazy.

But Rory feels like home, and Firehouse 206 offers her a chance at the sweet, smart-mouthed family she's never had.  Can Rory break down the walls around her guarded heart before the dark forces that are pursuing her claim her for good? Or will his newfound love literally go up in flames?
