Spring Blessings

Rachel Underwood wakes up in the old Jenson ranch house, her hands and feet tied. She is also gagged so that she can’t scream for help, not that anyone would hear her on the abandoned ranch. Rachel is also in labor, and has been since midmorning. She hopes her husband, former Texas Ranger Lance Underwood, will find her. She desperately needs his help. 


Lance is crazy with worry when Rachel doesn’t come home as promised. He understands that Doc often had emergencies, and needs his daughter to act as his nurse, but Doc knows that Rachel has been working too hard! Lance is going to need to swat her bottom - gently, of course – and put his foot down and insist Rachel not work until after the baby is born.
