Srikanta

The novel, Srikanta, depicts the story of a vagabond young man who wandered from one place to another harbouring some inexplicable yearning. He remained a stoic all his life even as he lived among beautiful women. He lived apathetic to worldly pleasures. He was dear to all but belonged to none. An immortal piece of work, the novel was written by globally renowned Bengalee story-teller SharatChandra Chattopadhyay.
