Defendants-Appellants Charles Carrell (Carrell) and Iris Lindstedt (collectively, the Appellants) are the parties remaining in an appeal from a Judgment filed on March 1, 1993, in favor of Plaintiff-Appellee Hawaii Broadcasting Company, Inc.
