Imagination & fantasy in abundance. Don’t miss it
Book.2. defers the Olli & The Gate’s Story. There is however s short story at the end to catch up with them.
This book continues with different characters allowing the authors imagination to be just as creative as in the first book, and is fast becoming one of my favourite series, as it is so cleverly and ingeniously written. The main characters in this story have to battle similar situations but for a whole different reason, and in a very different way. The storyline engages your attention and interest from the very beginning. The story and characters felt actual rather than imaginary, ideal or fictitious, and very real. I was transported to another world where the characters beliefs, traditions, Anger, doubts, suspicions and misgivings was challenged by the main female character, which was refreshing but scary. She constantly challenged every single decision including her own emotions whilst trying to hide her own insecurities. All this ran alongside a very innocent and meant to be, love story. I don’t like giving spoilers, so to sum up. The author has an expcetional talent, to tie this series together with different stories in each book. The emotions she gives you, become yours, your time becomes hers, as she intwines her heartfelt realism into your head and mind, until the final word. This story shows strengths, weaknesses, love, an abundance of fantasy with monsters and magic and I highly recommend this series and can’t wait to read book.3.
