Very repetitive
The author makes his point very early in the book, and a very valid point it is, but this is then simply re- hashed for the rest of the book. Numerous statistics and tables are referred to but without adding anything to the main premise of the book.
I found the book interesting but I could have saved myself the money and simply read the free sample introduction as his main point is made here, then just repeated for the rest of the book.
