Suffering in Silence is about overcoming personal struggles such as suicide, depression, domestic violence, as well as dealing with mental illness among other personal struggles. This book shares intimate details of my life’s journey to encourage you to find your voice to be able to speak your truth so that your healing process can begin. It was written to let you know that you are somebody and that you matter. You are worthy. It was written to let you know that you have an exodus. You will come out of bondage. It was written to let you know that you no longer have to suffer in silence.
