ExxonMobil regards the protection, through effective solutions, of its workforce and operations from major health threats as fundamental to the company’s enduring business success. In order to ensure employee health and wellness ExxonMobil took action to:
• identify and evaluate occupational health risks
• implement prevention, control and monitoring programs
• support employee health through the Culture of Health program
• minimize worker fatigue
