Taboo at its best
OMG what a complete utter mind thrill this book was,seriously,just so everything I love in this dark twisted taboo read.
Nadia is such a brave, resilient, strong complex woman who is hated by Kasper, loved by Donovan and owned by Logan, three men different all of them with their own intentions for Sweet Jayne.
Sweet Jayne is told in dual POV from Nadia and Kasper. When Nadia moves to Colorado from Argentina with her mum and stepfather Donovan, where she meets Kasey. On their first encounter together Kasey is kidnapped and Nadia blames herself for not remembering what happened in more detail.
Fast forward 10 years later and Kasper, Kasey's brother, is still hung up on trying to find his sister, he's enraged with hatred towards Nadia still believing she knew/knows more. When he finds Nadia by chance she's shacked up with Lieutenant Logan. Kasper wants to make her suffer like he believes his sister has suffered, but things aren't always how they seem.
Logan is controlling and possessive when it comes to Nadia, he is different with her than he is with others. So when Donovan shows up asking Nadia why she disappeared, he wants to know what's happening and wants to know if Nadia still loves him.
With the weave of a tangled web will they be able to find Kasey? What man has Nadia's best interests at heart? By the time you think you've figured it out,boom,another unexpected twist is revealed. This was a hot taboo story of mystery, with each of Nadia's relationships unraveling in an exciting way. You cant help but sit back and wait to see how it unfolds and it doesn't disappoint with a few shocks along the way.
